Shipping times vary depending on destination and method selected.
Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Process: Contact us at support@immortalchildofgod.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-returnable.
